The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is so thankful to all of the inspired artists that decided to share their creativity with us.
The selection process for AWCC’s Art Contest is now complete and we are eager to celebrate this year’s selected artists at our upcoming gallery event!
Through our Art Contest program, we hope to spark interest in learning about the immense biodiversity found in Alaska and inspire creativity through exploration of the natural world. I hope that you will join us in viewing this year’s selected artworks at the gallery in-person or virtually.
The in-person gallery will be held in the Be Wild Gift Shop during our hours of operation from Friday, December 23rd, 2022 to Monday, January 9th, 2023.
If you are able to view the gallery in-person, you are also invited to help us choose who will be the lucky recipient of a $250 scholarship and have their art featured on a t-shirt that will be sold in the Be Wild Gift Shop!
