Event highlights include an Easter egg hunt, photo ops with the Easter Bunny, hay-rides, Easter porcupine puppet show, animal enrichment keeper chats, and watch as staff feed special treats to the resident animals of the AWCC. This event is free with purchased admission or membership. Located at Mile 79 of the Seward Highway, AWCC is a non-profit sanctuary dedicated to preserving Alaska’s wildlife through conservation, education, research, and quality animal care.
Local restaurant Birch & Alder will also be at AWCC for the duration of the event, offering a variety of delicious brunch items available for purchase.
