AWCC Unveils Paved Entrance for Improved Visitor Access!
As we strive to enhance accessibility and visitor experience, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve paved the entrance road at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center! On September 25th, McKenna Brothers Paving completed approximately 1,000 feet of pavement, extending from the highway to the ticket booths.
But that’s just the beginning! This coming spring, we plan to continue our improvements by paving more of the exit road and the parking lots in front of the gift shop. Our commitment is to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
We are sending a heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in this project, including our dedicated staff, McKenna Paving, and of course all of you for making this improvement possible. Stay tuned for more updates on this project and all the exciting developments at AWCC!
