Have you heard the buzz a’brewing about ‘Hold My Bear’? May 19th 2pm-4pm marks the release of our special collaboration with Girdwood Brewing Company (GBC)!
GBC has partnered with us to create a refreshing Helles Lager just in time for warmer weather. Audiences on social media had the opportunity to vote on and name this new beer, and ‘Hold My Bear’ won by a landslide. This tasty beverage is crafted with only the finest of German hops and malts and is perfectly delicious! $1 of every beer and $2 of every 4-pack purchased will be donated directly back to us to aid in our mission of preserving Alaska’s Wildlife.
In addition to partnering with GBC, longtime friend of the sanctuary, the incredible Amanda Rose Warren has designed the label art. The original artwork is currently hanging in the taproom and is up for auction with 25% of the proceeds heading back to us!
May 19th will be a hootenanny from 2pm – 4pm to honor this special partnership! We will have prizes from AWCC, GBC, and Amanda Rose Warren, delicious food, and, of course, this brand new beer!
