Join AWCC and the Easter Bunny on Easter Sunday, April 9th for an Easter Egg-xtravaganza!
Below is the fun-filled schedule for the day:
10:30AM – 1:30PM Easter Bunny Photo Ops Location 10:30AM – 12PM Bison Hall Area Location 12:15PM – 1:30PM Bears Amphitheater 11AM – Easter Egg Hunt Location – Inside Bison Hall – Doors will open at 11AM. 11:30AM – Easter Porcupine Puppet Show Location: Inside Bison Hall 12PM to 3PM – Hay Rides – Cancelled Due to high winds, we will not offer hay rides today. 12:15PM – Bear Program Do brown and black bears enjoy Easter eggs? You’ll find out at the 12:15PM Bear Program. Location: Bear’s Amphitheater

Join Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center and the Easter Bunny on Sunday, April 9th for an Easter Extravaganza! Event highlights include an Easter egg hunt, photo ops with the Easter Bunny, hay-rides, Easter porcupine puppet show, animal enrichment keeper chats, and watch as staff feed special treats to the resident animals of the AWCC. Do brown bears enjoy eggs? You’ll find out at the 12:15PM Bear Program! This event is free with purchased admission or membership. Located at Mile 79 of the Seward Highway, AWCC is a non-profit sanctuary dedicated to preserving Alaska’s wildlife through conservation, education, research, and quality animal care.
