Admission tickets, encounters, tours, field trips, event tickets, or reservations:

Cancellation Policy: All reservations* are fully refundable up to 72 hours in advance, after 72 hours all reservations are non-refundable. *Reservations include the following: Admission Tickets, Moose Encounters, Walk on the Wild Side Tours, Walking Tours, Bear Encounters, Step on Guides, School Field Trips, Pre Scheduled-Education programs, and Wildlife Presentations. Please note there are no refunds made due to weather or arriving early.

To cancel your reservations, please email info@alaskawildlife.org with your name and reservation number.

Discover the WILD of Alaska and come meet the locals! Walk on the Wild Side Tours are available year-round and include an animal encounter. Summer Moose Encounters (feed a moose!) & Summer Bear Encounters (feed a brown bear!) are available. Book early to ensure your spot!
